Eliteserv
Payment Processing

Built by Industry Insiders for the Receivables Industry

Line-Elements-Orange

Eliteserv was founded by industry insiders who saw firsthand how debt collection businesses were being underserved by generic payment processors and reseller models. Collection agencies, debt buyers, and collection law firms were often paying more than necessary, operating with limited transparency, and carrying unnecessary risk simply because their industry was misunderstood.

Rather than building another one-size-fits-all solution, Eliteserv was created to serve organizations operating in regulated, high-scrutiny environments with a consultative, advisory-first approach. The goal was simple: help industry peers and colleagues understand their payment infrastructure and make better long-term decisions.

Christopher Compton

Co-Founder, Eliteserv

Christopher Compton brings more than 30 years of experience across technology, sales, and payment processing, with a background rooted in operational discipline and mission-critical systems. After beginning his career in leadership and education, Chris transitioned into enterprise technology sales with AT&T, where he led IT and technology sales operations and developed a deep appreciation for infrastructure reliability, redundancy, and scale.

Since entering the payment processing industry in 2008, Chris has worked closely with banks, processors, and technology partners, gaining a comprehensive understanding of payment rails, risk models, and processing economics. At Eliteserv, he focuses on building resilient, compliant payment infrastructure backed by direct banking relationships. His approach emphasizes transparency, redundancy, and responsiveness—because in his view, payment processing is not a commodity, it is the lifeblood of the business.

Anthony Faldetta

Co-Founder, Eliteserv

Anthony Faldetta is a long-time industry insider with more than two decades of experience working directly with collection agencies, debt buyers, and collection law firms. His career spans operational roles in large-scale corporate communications and more than 20 years serving the receivables industry, where he built deep relationships and developed a firsthand understanding of how vendors, technology, and payment infrastructure affect real businesses.

Through that experience, Anthony saw a consistent problem: debt collection organizations were being overcharged, undersupported, and mischaracterized by generic payment processors that did not understand the industry. He co-founded Eliteserv to change that dynamic, focusing on transparency, compliance, and long-term partnership. Known as a trusted, candid advisor, Anthony regularly helps industry peers evaluate payment costs and infrastructure without pressure, believing that informed decisions and lasting relationships matter more than short-term wins.

A Different Philosophy Around
Payment Processing

Line-Elements-Orange
  • Payment processing is often treated as a commodity. Eliteserv takes a different view.
  • We believe payment processing should be understood, not hidden behind bundled platforms or opaque pricing. Financial decision makers deserve clarity into how payments flow, how fees are structured, and how banking relationships impact long-term stability.
  • Eliteserv operates as a payment processing advisor, not a transactional ISO. Our success is measured by the quality of insight we provide and the long-term relationships we build, not by forcing unnecessary change.
Real Industry Experience

Leadership with
Real Industry Experience

Line-Elements-Orange

Eliteserv is led by professionals who have spent their careers working alongside receivables organizations, banks, and payment infrastructure partners.

Our leadership understands:

  • How payment economics affect margins at scale
  • Why banking relationships matter in regulated industries
  • How legacy decisions can create long-term cost and risk

This experience informs every recommendation we make.

Advisory First.
Long-Term Always.

Line-Elements-Orange

Every Eliteserv engagement begins with a payment cost analysis. This reflects our belief that understanding should come before action.

In many cases, our analysis confirms that parts of an existing payment setup are already effective and should remain unchanged. When changes are recommended, they are tied to clear operational, financial, or risk-management benefits.

We are not incentivized to push a specific platform or processor. Our role is to provide clarity and options so owners and decision makers can move forward with confidence.

Advisory First
Transparency and Trust

Built on
Transparency and Trust

Trust is earned through transparency, not promises.

Eliteserv avoids guarantees, exaggerated savings claims, or competitive comparisons. Instead, we focus on helping clients understand their current reality and the tradeoffs associated with different decisions.

This approach creates durable relationships built on credibility rather than transactions.
