Eliteserv was founded by industry insiders who saw firsthand how debt collection businesses were being underserved by generic payment processors and reseller models. Collection agencies, debt buyers, and collection law firms were often paying more than necessary, operating with limited transparency, and carrying unnecessary risk simply because their industry was misunderstood.
Rather than building another one-size-fits-all solution, Eliteserv was created to serve organizations operating in regulated, high-scrutiny environments with a consultative, advisory-first approach. The goal was simple: help industry peers and colleagues understand their payment infrastructure and make better long-term decisions.
